These easy apple cinnamon overnight oats are perfect for a weekday breakfast. Just stick them in the fridge before you go to bed and they’ll be waiting for you in the morning! The apple gives the perfect crunch to go with the oats, and of course apple and cinnamon go so well together. You really can’t go wrong with this!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Yields: 1 serving
1 small apple
½ cup oats
½ cup milk of choice (I use almond milk) - unsweetened
1 tablespoon honey or agave
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all ingredients except the apple and leave in the refrigerator over night. Chop up the apple in the morning and mix in, enjoy!
