Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 8-10 tortillas flour or corn
- Fish taco slaw
- Chipotle crema
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toss the shrimp in the olive oil and seasonings.
Heat a large pan on medium heat, and cook shrimp until they just turn pink.
Warm the tortillas, and disperse the shrimp over them. Then assemble the tacos, adding on the slaw and the chipotle crema.
Serve immediately!
