Lavender Simple Syrup
This floral simple syrup is easy, 3 ingredients, and you can make it ahead of time!

- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
In a small pot, pour in the water and the lavender and bring to a simmer.
Add in the sugar, mix, and remove from heat once it’s dissolved.
Let sit for at least one hour, then strain out the lavender in a mesh strainer or cheese cloth.
Use in a cocktail or store in the refrigerator (covered) for later use.
