Sheet Pan Fajitas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 medium red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 medium green bell pepper cut into strips
  • ½ white onion cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6" tortillas corn or flour
  • optional toppings: salsa avocado, cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Mix all ingredients together, coating ingredients with olive oil and seasoning.
  • Spread out on sheet pan, and cook in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Flip all ingredients halfway through cooking.
  • When done cooking, serve with tortillas and lime wedges and toppings of choice!
