Ingredients

all-purpose flour
if using whole wheat, add 4 teaspoon milk

smashed brown bananas
⅔
cup
sugar
⅓
cup
butter

eggs

baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt.
Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients and let stand for 20 min.
If making muffins, cook for 20-25 min (until cooked through).
If making bread, cook for 50 min.
