Banana Bread

An easy, classic banana bread recipe!

Servings 12 muffins or 1 bread loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour if using whole wheat, add 4 teaspoon milk
  • 1 cup smashed brown bananas
  • cup sugar
  • cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt.
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix all ingredients and let stand for 20 min.
  • If making muffins, cook for 20-25 min (until cooked through).
  • If making bread, cook for 50 min.
