Cucumber Sesame Salad
An easy, refreshing side dish packed with flavor!

- 2 cups cucumber sliced
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- Crushed red pepper flakes optional
Cut cucumber in half and seed.
Then, cut diagonally and slice cucumber into ¼"-½" slices.
Mix all ingredients except for the cucumber to make the dressing.
Toss cucumbers with dressing.
