Cucumber Sesame Salad

An easy, refreshing side dish packed with flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut cucumber in half and seed.
  • Then, cut diagonally and slice cucumber into ¼"-½" slices.
  • Mix all ingredients except for the cucumber to make the dressing.
  • Toss cucumbers with dressing.
