Preheat oven to 375 F
In a bowl, sift together the flour, poppyseeds, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.
Slowly mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture, and mix slowly until completely blended.
Pour mixture evenly into a 12 muffin tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Pull out the muffins and let cool.
While muffins are cooling, mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze.
Once muffins are cool, drizzle the glaze over the tops of the muffins. Add as much as you want and enjoy!
