Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, chai, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate, smaller bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
Pour the wet ingredients slowly into the dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Do not over mix.
Cut a large opening in a zip top or piping bag, and pipe dough into greased donut tin.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack.
Once cooled, mix the sugar and chai together (from the topping ingredients). Melt butter in a separate bowl. Dip the donuts first into the butter, then into the sugar mixture.
Repeat with each donut, then enjoy!
