Mediterranean Chicken Meatballs
Make these mediterranean chicken meatballs (can also be made with turkey) packed with fresh herbs and spices for a fresh, delicious flavor.

- 1 lb ground chicken can also use ground turkey
- ¼ medium red onion diced
- ½ medium lemon zested
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint minced
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix together all ingredients until evenly distributed.
Roll mixture into about 16 balls (use a cookie scoop to make this easier).
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet so they don't touch.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
