chai spice mix

baking powder

milk of choice
unsweetened

eggs

honey or sweetener of choice

teaspoon
vanilla extract

espresso chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together the oats, chai spice, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
Pour the milk mixture into the oat mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes, then mix in the espresso chips.
Grease the muffin tin, and pour the mixture evenly into the tin.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed, clean, from the oatmeal cup.
