    Dirty Chai Baked Oatmeal Cups

    A dirty chai latte is a chai latte with a shot of espresso, and it’s my usual order when I go to a coffee shop. When I saw a bag of espresso chips at the store, I knew I needed to make a baked dirty chai recipe! So, enjoy this perfect breakfast and leave a review!

    What ingredients do I need to make this recipe?

    • Old-fashioned rolled oats
    • chai spice mix
    • Baking powder
    • Salt
    • Milk of choice (unsweetened)
    • Eggs
    • Honey or sweetener of choice
    • Vanilla extract
    • Espresso chips

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 2 teaspoon chai spice mix
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 ½ cup milk of choice unsweetened
    • 2 eggs
    • ¼ cup honey or sweetener of choice
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup espresso chips

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 350.
    • Mix together the oats, chai spice, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
    • In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
    • Pour the milk mixture into the oat mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes, then mix in the espresso chips.
    • Grease the muffin tin, and pour the mixture evenly into the tin.
    • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed, clean, from the oatmeal cup.
