Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip

This healthier buffalo chicken dip sacrifices absolutely no flavor! It's the perfect appetizer for your next game day or potluck!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar ¼ cup separated out
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt nonfat or regular
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • Optional for topping: chopped green onions and/or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Mix all ingredients except ¼ cup cheddar cheese and place in 8x8 pan.
  • Cook for 20 min, then add on last ¼ cup of cheddar and broil until golden brown (about 5 min).
  • You can use carrots, celery, chips or bread to dip!
