Healthier Buffalo Chicken Dip
This healthier buffalo chicken dip sacrifices absolutely no flavor! It's the perfect appetizer for your next game day or potluck!

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded cheddar ¼ cup separated out
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt nonfat or regular
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ½ cup small curd cottage cheese
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- Optional for topping: chopped green onions and/or cilantro
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix all ingredients except ¼ cup cheddar cheese and place in 8x8 pan.
Cook for 20 min, then add on last ¼ cup of cheddar and broil until golden brown (about 5 min).
You can use carrots, celery, chips or bread to dip!
