Lemon Garlic Salmon Foil Packet

Make this incredibly easy, healthy meal with minimal clean up! Perfectly cooked salmon with grlic and lemon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 salmon filet
  • Asparagus
  • ½ small lemon
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Place the salmon and asparagus in the foil.
  • Slice a few pieces off the lemon, and use the rest of the lemon to squeeze onto the salmon and asparagus.
  • Drizzle olive oil on the salmon and asparagus, and then spread the garlic and rosemary on the salmon.
  • Salt and pepper the salmon and asparagus to taste.
  • Place the lemon slices on the salmon.
  • Wrap completely with foil and place in the oven for 15-20 min.
  • Then, open the foil and broil for 5 min.
  • Remove from oven and serve!
