Make this incredibly easy, healthy meal with minimal clean up! Perfectly cooked salmon with grlic and lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 salmon filet
- Asparagus
- ½ small lemon
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place the salmon and asparagus in the foil.
- Slice a few pieces off the lemon, and use the rest of the lemon to squeeze onto the salmon and asparagus.
- Drizzle olive oil on the salmon and asparagus, and then spread the garlic and rosemary on the salmon.
- Salt and pepper the salmon and asparagus to taste.
- Place the lemon slices on the salmon.
- Wrap completely with foil and place in the oven for 15-20 min.
- Then, open the foil and broil for 5 min.
- Remove from oven and serve!
