Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
A delicious meal prep lunch! Filling, healthy, and tasty, this wrap is packed with crispy vegetables, protein packed chicken, flavorful sun-dried tomatoes, and tzatziki.

- 1 large tortilla or wrap
- ¾ cup shredded rotisserie chicken or any chicken you have leftover
- 1 handful spinach
- ½ mini cucumber or ⅓ large cucumber, thinly sliced
- red onion, thinly sliced or pickled red onion, to taste
- ⅛ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- ⅛ cup feta crumbled
- ⅛ cup tzatziki or more to taste
Lay out tortilla/wrap.
Layer all of the dry ingredients on the wrap (all the rest of the ingredients besides tzatziki).
Drizzle the tzatziki over the wrap.
Fold in the ends then roll up the tortilla.
