Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

A delicious meal prep lunch! Filling, healthy, and tasty, this wrap is packed with crispy vegetables, protein packed chicken, flavorful sun-dried tomatoes, and tzatziki.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large tortilla or wrap
  • ¾ cup shredded rotisserie chicken or any chicken you have leftover
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ mini cucumber or ⅓ large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • red onion, thinly sliced or pickled red onion, to taste
  • cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • cup feta crumbled
  • cup tzatziki or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Lay out tortilla/wrap.
  • Layer all of the dry ingredients on the wrap (all the rest of the ingredients besides tzatziki).
  • Drizzle the tzatziki over the wrap.
  • Fold in the ends then roll up the tortilla.
