This Mediterranean chicken wrap is one of my favorite meal prep recipes. It's loaded with protein and fiber to keep you full and is absolutely delicious! It's the perfect lunch to pack for work (no re-heating required).
This was inspired by my Mediterranean Chicken Meatballs on this site. I can't get enough Mediterranean flavors, and being able to prep an easy meal that includes them makes this one of my favorite meal prep lunches.

Ingredients
- 1 large wrap
- Rotisserie chicken
- Spinach
- Cucumber
- Red onion (or pickled red onion)
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Feta
- Tzatziki

Instructions
Lay out your wrap of choice and place spinach on the wrap.
Next, add chicken.
Layer the cucumbers and red onion on the chicken.
Then, spread chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the ingredients.
Drizzle tzatziki over ingredients.
Sprinkle feta over the wrap ingredients, then fold in the ends and wrap tightly.
Hint: If using this recipe to meal prep, I prefer to separate the wrap, dry ingredients, and tzatziki all separately until ready to eat. Then, quickly wrap all ingredients together when ready to eat.
Substitutions
- Gluten free - choose a gluten free wrap and you're all set
- Vegetarian - sub your favorite protein source for the chicken (tofu, chickpeas, etc)
Variations
- Spicy - add red pepper flakes for a spicy chicken wrap
- Deluxe - add avocado for an extra creamy and delicious wrap
Storage
Store the wrap, dry ingredients (chicken, spinach, cucumber, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta), and tzatziki separately in the fridge. Then, make wrap when ready. Good for 2-3 days.
Top tip
Portion of ingredients may differ based on the size of your wrap, so if you think it's not enough/too much, adjust!

Mediterranean Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla or wrap
- ¾ cup shredded rotisserie chicken or any chicken you have leftover
- 1 handful spinach
- ½ mini cucumber or ⅓ large cucumber, thinly sliced
- red onion, thinly sliced or pickled red onion, to taste
- ⅛ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- ⅛ cup feta crumbled
- ⅛ cup tzatziki or more to taste
Instructions
- Lay out tortilla/wrap.
- Layer all of the dry ingredients on the wrap (all the rest of the ingredients besides tzatziki).
- Drizzle the tzatziki over the wrap.
- Fold in the ends then roll up the tortilla.
