Pesto Garlic Knots
These perfect little garlic knots only require 4 ingredients! They're easy, tasty, and absolutely delicious.

- 1 pound pizza dough
- ⅛ cup pesto homemade or store bought
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3-6 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup parmesan grated, more to taste
- Optional toppings: dried or fresh parsley, dried or fresh basil, dried rosemary, or dried or fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut the pizza dough into 16 pieces and roll into a long, log-like shape. Lightly spread pesto over the top of the dough.
Then, tie the dough into a knot, tucking the ends into the dough.
Place the garlic knots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Melt the butter and then mix in the garlic, and any optional toppings you wish to use. Pour over the garlic knots, then place in oven. Sprinkle parmesan on top of each knot.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Take out of the oven and enjoy!
