Prosciutto Basil Wrapped Peaches
This summer appetizer has all the flavor you need and a little more!

- 4 peaches cut into 4-6 slices
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 4 thin slices prosciutto
- 16-24 basil leaves 1 per peach slice
- Optional: Honey spicy honey, or balsamic glaze for topping
Slice peaches into 6 pieces, if using smaller peaches cut them into 4 pieces.
Evenly distribute goat cheese to peach slices, lightly pressing goat cheese onto peach.
Press basil leaves onto goat cheese, then wrap peach with prosciutto (Enough to cover majority of peach).
If using topping, lightly drizzle on top.
Serve immediately or within a couple hours (refrigerate prior to serving)!
