Gingerbread Espresso Martini
A holiday twist on everyone's favorite cocktail! Add a delicious gingerbread simple syrup to make the perfect holiday cocktail.
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz espresso cooled
- 0.75 oz Irish cream liqueur ex: Bailey's
- 0.75 oz gingerbread simple syrup store bought or homemade
- 0.5 oz coffee liqueur ex: Kahlua
- ice
- optional, for rim: gingerbread simple syrup and crushed gingerbread cookies
For the rim (optional)
Crush gingerbread cookies.
Roll rim of glass into gingerbread simple syrup. Then, roll through crushed gingerbread cookies.
For the martini
Add all martini ingredients into a cocktail shaker, including ice.
Shake vigorously so foam forms, then strain quickly into martini glass. Serve.
