    Pomegranate Pistachio Clusters

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Ok, so I called these pomegranate pistachio clusters, but truthfully you can add any nut or seed that you prefer! I just recommend that they’re salted, or you can add a pinch of salt to the recipe.

    Toal time: 10 minutes tops
    Yields: About 12 clusters

    Ingredients:

4 oz dark chocolate (You can also use milk chocolate, but i prefer dark for this recipe!)
    ½ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup chopped pistachios (or nut/seed of choice)

    Directions:

Dry off the pomegranate seeds. Melt the chocolate. Then, mix in the pomegranate and pistachios until coated. Scoop out 1-1 ½ inch balls and place onto parchment paper. Then, let the chocolate set (You can speed this up by placing in the fridge). That’s it!
