
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
White onion
Taco seasoning
Olive oil
Optional toppings: salsa, avocado, cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients together, coating ingredients with olive oil and seasoning. Spread out on sheet pan, and cook in oven for 20 minutes. Flip all ingredients halfway through cooking. When done cooking, serve with tortillas and lime wedges and toppings of choice!
