I’m a sucker for a homemade salad dressing. There’s something about homemade dressings that are just so much better than anything I’ve been able to find in stores (and believe me, I’ve tried). When it comes to salad dressings, I always like to keep it as simple as possible. And this creamy tahini dressing is no exception. It’s under 10 ingredients, insanely creamy (but dairy free), and incredibly delicious!
I first came up with this tahini dressing when I made this Smoked Salmon Chopped Salad. This tahini dressing is the perfect pairing for this salad and many other dishes!

FAQs
What is tahini?
Tahini is a ground sesame mixture that is typically found in Middle Eastern cuisine. It’s a key ingredient in hummus, baba ganoush, and is becoming a very popular ingredient for baked goods!
Where can I find tahini?
Tahini can be found in any major grocery store! Unfortunately, it’s found in very different aisles in different stores. The most common aisles I’ve found tahini in are the condiments section and the “International aisle.” If you can’t find it, just ask!
What should I use this dressing for?
This dressing can be used in so many ways! On salads, wraps, bowls, or to top some grilled vegetables! It’s also the dressing for my Smoked Salmon Tahini Salad.
