    Peach Mint Spritz

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

The perfect refreshing cocktail for those hot summer days! A white wine spritz with peach and mint and topped with sparkling water.

I love making this Peach Mint Spritz in the summer or any hot day. It's easy to drink and incredibly refreshing and delicious.

This was inspired by my Elderflower Mint Spritz (aka Hugo Spritz) and my Peach Frosé. A spritz is always a great option when you want to cool down with a cold beverage, or make a pitcher so everyone can enjoy.

    Ingredients

    • Peach juice (often called peach nectar): Pick one that has "peach puree" instead of "peach juice" in the ingredients. Examples of brands that carry this are Kern's (typically the easiest to find) and Jumex.
    • White wine: I prefer something crisp and refreshing like a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
    • Vodka
    • Mint leaves
    • Sparkling water
    • Optional for garnish: peach slices, fresh mint, lime wedge

    See recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

Peach mint spritz step 1: Add wine to glass

    Pour wine into glass.

Peach mint spritz step 2: Add vodka

    Then, add vodka.

peach mint spritz step 3: add peach juice

Next, add peach juice and stir.

peach mint spritz final step: top with sparkling water and garnish

Top with sparkling water, garnish, and serve!

Hint: Stir in a slice if lime (don't squeeze lime juice into it, it overpowers the drink) for a nice citrus addition.

    Substitutions

    • Gluten free - make sure to purchase certified gluten free wine and make sure the vodka is not flavored with any gluten additives.

    Storage

If you're going to make this peach mint spritz ahead of time, make sure to leave out the sparkling water and mint leaves until right before serving!

    Top tip

Make sure to use a "Peach nectar" or "Peach Juice" that has "peach puree" as one of the first 2 ingredients. This gives a strong peach flavor and doesn't water the drink down!
