This was inspired by my Peach Mint Spritz on this site, another refreshing summer batch cocktail!
Ingredients
- Lemon vodka (I prefer Deep Eddy Lemon Flavored Vodka)
- Raspberry puree
- Sparkling water
- Lemon
- Optional for garnish: fresh raspberries and/or lemon slice

Instructions
In a glass filled with ice, pour lemon vodka.
Then, add raspberry puree and lemon juice.
Top with soda water.
Stir ingredients to combine ingredients and enjoy!
Equipment
- Jigger - If you don't have one, don't worry! A one ounce pour from a jigger equals 2 tbsp.
Storage
If you want to make this cocktail ahead of time, combine lemon vodka, raspberry puree, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Do not top with sparkling water until serving!
Top tip
Don't pour the sparkling water until right before consuming so it doesn't go flat.

This recipe makes one cocktail, so determine how many you want in your batch and multiply by the measurements listed in the recipe. For example, if you want 4 cocktails you'll multiply all the ingredient quantities by 4!
