Make this crisp, refreshing cucumber mint martini for a drink that feels fancy but is only a few ingredients! Who doesn't love a fresh cucumber cocktail to take the edge off on a warm day?

I love to make this drink on a hot day. It's simple, elegant flavors go well with a little sunshine, but truthfully it's great anytime of year. Another great refreshing cocktail for a hot day is my Passion Fruit Martini. It's more fruit forward, whereas this cucumber mint martini recipe is more spirit forward.
Ingredients

- Vodka
- Cucumber
- Mint
- Lime
- Simple syrup
- Optional for garnish: cucumber and/or mint

Instructions

- Step 1: Put cucumber, mint, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.

- Step 2: Muddle.

- Step 3: Then add vodka, lime, and ice. Shake vigorously.

- Step 4: Finally, pour through a fine mesh strainer into a martini glass and garnish!
Hint: Make sure to use a fine mesh strainer for this martini, otherwise you'll get little pieces of mint and cucumber from muddling.
Variations
- Spicy - add jalapeño into the shaker before shaking for a spicy version of this cocktail!
