These brown sugar glazed pecans are perfect to set out in a bowl or with a charcuterie board. They are crunchy, perfectly sweet, and addictive! They're made most often around the holidays but they're great anytime of year!
Ingredients
- 2 cups pecans
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat a saucepan on medium-low heat, and add all ingredients except the pecans.
- Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Add the pecans, stirring constantly until all the liquid is gone (about 7 min).
- Remove immediately and spread out on parchment paper to cool.
- Once they are completely cooled, they’re ready to eat!
