    Lavender Lemon Drop Martini

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This refreshing, delicious lavender lemon drop martini is a twist on a classic! The floral flavor of the lavender balances the citrus flavor of the lemon. Don't believe me? Try it out!

This tasty cocktail can be made anytime of year, but tends to be more popular in spring and summer since it's such a refreshing drink.

This was inspired by my lavender early grey martini on this site, both work because of the balance of floral and citrus flavors!

    Garnish and serve!

Hint: Shake the lavender lemon drop well in the shaker so the drink is nice and cold when you strain it!

    Equipment

    • Cocktail shaker - If you don't have a cocktail shaker, don't worry! You can use a jar with a secure lid (like a mason jar) instead.
    • Strainer - If you don't have a cocktail strainer, you can use a regular sieve or strainer that ice won't get through.

If you're looking for some basic cocktail tools, this is a good starter set that includes a shaker and strainer.

    Top tip

Make sure to only use fresh lemon juice! If you make it with anything else it will change the flavor of the drink.

    FAQ

    Question 1

Where can I buy lavender simple syrup?

The most common one I see in stores is this Torani Lavender Simple Syrup. There are many more you can order online, but that's the only one I've seen in grocery stores!
