6 Cozy Soups to Make this Soup Season

It’s gloomy outside and we all know what that calls for: Soup! These soups will get you through all winter long. Ranging from one pot to slow cooker soup recipes, there’s something in this list for everyone. They’re comforting, filling, and all bring their own unique flavors to the table!

    1) Chipotle Cauliflower Soup

This vegan soup recipe never disappoints. Easily adjust it to the level of spice you want with the amount of chipotle peppers you add, and you’ll want to make it again and again! It’s loaded with vegetables and fiber, making it filling AND healthy! Get the recipe here.

    2) Lemony Chicken and Orzo Soup

I have to say, this is the perfect sick day soup. I definitely eat it when I’m not sick because, to me, it’s even more comforting than a bowl of chicken noodle soup. But, it is by far my favorite soup to eat when I’m not feeling well. It’s cozy, nourishing, and has just the right amount of lemon. Get the recipe here.

    3) The Best Tomato Basil Soup

The best tomato soup recipe! It's creamy but dairy free and vegan, and packed with flavor. Fresh herbs are the key to this delicious soup. Get the recipe here.

    4) Bok Choy Ginger Noodle Soup

A soup packed with vegetables and flavor, this soup is just what you need to warm the soul. Get the recipe here.

    5) White Chicken Chili

This soup is one of the most popular recipes on my blog for a reason! You can make it on the stove or in a slow cooker, it’s only 8 ingredients, and it’s incredibly easy to make! The salsa verde includes so many of the ingredients used in white chicken chili, it’s the perfect ingredient to make this a few ingredient recipe! Get the recipe here.

    6) Sausage and Kale Soup

This delicious, flavor packed soup is filled with vegetables and protein. It’s creamy but dairy free (as long as you don’t top it with parmesan like me). The creaminess comes from coconut milk, which adds the perfect texture! The best part is, you can use pork sausage, turkey or chicken sausage, or plant based sausage! Get the recipe here.
