This perfectly seared ginger soy ahi tuna keeps it simple. The delicate fish doesn’t need much, just a few fresh ingredients to bring out the best in it. Put this dish over salad or rice, and you’ll make it again and again. Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best, and that is definitely the case here! Give this recipe a try and don’t forget to leave a review!

A seared ahi tuna steak, sliced and layered over each other, topped with thinly sliced jalapenos.

This recipe was inspired by my Crispy Asian Chicken Wings, both recipes are such delicious and fun ways to get your protein!

What do I need to make this recipe?

    • Sushi grade Ahi tuna steaks
    • Olive Oil
    • Soy sauce (regular or low sodium)
    • Jalapeños
    • Cilantro
    • Ginger
    • Lime
    • Garlic

I don’t like things too spicy, how much jalapeño should I use?

Totally up to you, you can always leave the jalapeños out completely, but I think they add an amazing flavor, so you could start with half the amount and see what you think!
