What is chimichurri?
Chimichurri is common in Argentinian and Uruguayan cuisine, and is typically made with parsley, red wine vinegar, garlic, olive oil, and oregano. The classic is great, but I love this version even more with the kick from the jalapeño, zest of the lime, and flavor packed cilantro.
What should I use this on?
When I make this sauce I pretty much put it on everything until I run out, but I love it on sandwiches, bowls, meats, fish, vegetables, and wraps. It’s also great to use as a dip with sweet potato fries, or as an addition to hummus to add some extra flavor!
