Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars
These peanut butter oatmeal bars are absolutely delicious, filled with wholesome ingredients, and chocolate for good measure.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda together.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla. Then, pour into the oat mixture and mix together slowly. Then, mix in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and spread evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
