    Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

    These bars are loaded with oats, peanut butter, and some chocolate for good measure. They make a great breakfast or snack, and are great for meal prep. Watch out though, they’re addicting! Don’t forget to leave a review!

    What do I need to make this recipe?

    • Oats
    • Peanut butter
    • Eggs
    • Whole wheat flour
    • Honey
    • Dark Chocolate Chips
    • Cinnamon
    • Vanilla
    • Baking soda

    Can I substitute another type of flour?

    I’ve only used whole wheat flour for this recipe, so try at your own risk!

    Can I use another type of nut butter?

    Yes! Any type of nut butter works.

    Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

    These peanut butter oatmeal bars are absolutely delicious, filled with wholesome ingredients, and chocolate for good measure.

    Servings 12 bars

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup oats
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 2 eggs
    • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
    • ¼ cup honey
    • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
    • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 350.
    • Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda together.
    • In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla. Then, pour into the oat mixture and mix together slowly. Then, mix in the chocolate chips.
    • Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and spread evenly in the pan.
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
