Ingredients
- 1 red onion quartered, very thinly sliced
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix the water, vinegar, sugar and salt until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- Place the onions in an airtight container and pour vinegar mixture on top.
