This bourbon cocktail is such a great winter drink! The cinnamon simple syrup perfectly pairs with the bourbon and pears, and the lemon compliments the drink perfectly.

What ingredients do I need to make this?
For the cocktail:
- Bourbon
- Ginger Beer
- Pear or pear juice
- Lemon
- Cinnamon simple syrup
- Ice
For the cinnamon simple syrup":
- Sugar
- Water
- Cinnamon sticks
Do I need to use cinnamon simple syrup?
You don’t have to, but I definitely prefer it! It adds a nice cinnamon flavor, but if you want you can use regular simple syrup.

Do I need to use Bartlett pears?
It’s not necessary, but they are typically the most juicy, so you’ll get more pear flavor if you use this type of pear!
Can I use a liquor besides bourbon?
I have only ever made this cocktail with bourbon, so I can’t vouch for anything else!
